Upon opening of the new Crossrail Station in December 2018 (just 500 meters from our site), Woolwich will only be 8 minutes from Canary Wharf, cutting journey times in half.
Artisan intends to obtain planning permission by Q3 2018 to construct approximately 300 residential units over four high rise blocks. In addition to this, Artisan also aims to deliver a vibrant public square, lively restaurant, retail space and a flexible modern workspace.
